On your right is a large deck that takes the morning sun and offers cool shade in the afternoons. There are additional chairs for watching the sunsets or to take your breakfast. From the deck you will feel a part of the lush green flora and fauna visible from every angle with beautiful Hillsborough Bay in the background. Iguana live in the trees and if you look closely maybe you'll see them munching on flowers and juicy leaves. |

From the cantilevered deck 18' feet in the treetops you can see magnificent sunsets, the boats sailing by, many uninhabited islets. You have no close by neighbours to block your view or interfere with your privacy and isolation. This is a hideaway home to come back to after a day enjoying the beach, taking a sail, or exploring this tiny island of Carriacou which is five miles wide by 15 miles long. |

When you open the door you see the staircase leading up to a second floor to the villa's "third bedroom" which is currently being used as an artist's studio because of the light that comes flooding in from all directions, including the tower that rises from the centre of the studio. |

The house has two master bedrooms, each with queen-sized bed, private bath with shower and toilet, and doors opening to the deck. The bedroom windows are screened. |

All the plumbing and lighting fixtures, ceramic tiles for the bathrooms and countertops, linens, and household items were purchased in the USA... even the casters for the 18 doors than open the living area to her 70' outside deck. The floors are imported, Italian white tile. |

There is a dining table seating four; another table usually kept in the upstairs studio which seats six. The living room has a sofa, love seat and chair. |

The primary accommodation is in the twin master bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The large patio and bedroom doors can be left open keeping the house well ventilated. The Tower Bedroom is equipped with a double bed. In the kitchen, there is a gas stove with oven and a microwave. We also have a coffee maker and toaster. There is flatware for twelve persons and a dinner service for eight persons, with cups and saucers and a serving platter. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels are provided. There is cable TV and VCR. A rental jeep is included in the price of the villa. Your maid will make the beds, launder bed linen and towels, clean the bathrooms, mop the floors and wash the dishes and take out the garbage, arrange for fresh fish and lobster (in season) and will fillet the fish and boil the lobster for you.
